CORRUPTION: EARLY STAGES
Peter's symptoms of early Corruption will be almost impossible to decipher from many of the symptoms of his general demonic possession, and he likely won't notice much of a difference.
• MENTAL — paranoia, lost time, lapses in memory / memory loss, insomnia, difficulty focusing, general confusion, dissociation, extremely realistic nightmares, mild hallucinations
• PHYSICAL — fevers / chills, night sweats, fatigue, bloodshot and dark-rimmed eyes, generally ill-feeling
• MENTAL — paranoia, lost time, lapses in memory / memory loss, insomnia, difficulty focusing, general confusion, dissociation, extremely realistic nightmares, mild hallucinations
• PHYSICAL — fevers / chills, night sweats, fatigue, bloodshot and dark-rimmed eyes, generally ill-feeling
CORRUPTION: MIDDLE STAGES
• MENTAL — All of the previous symptoms will become worse. Though he will still retain some of himself in general, Peter will begin to mentally become Paimon, progressively forgetting who "Peter" is, and identifying more and more as the demon. He will begin to display increasingly aggressive behaviours, starting to become very similar to how Peter's mother behaved when she was possessed (growling, hissing, traversing walls and ceilings, contorting all over the place, chasing people (either on foot or by flight...), banging his head rapidly against things, being erratic and very prone to physical violence, etc.) He will generally retain memory of his CR (though progressively treat them as Paimon's CR), and will be more prone to becoming aggressive towards negative or neutral CR, though positive CR may still face some aggression, whether as backlash from his default aggressive state, or they may be outright attacked depending on the circumstances.
• PHYSICAL — The skin of Peter's hands and feet will begin to turn black. Black will also begin to spread from around his eyes, as well as at the tips of his ears (which may begin to elongate and sharpen), and his tongue. His teeth may start to sharpen. He may begin to grow long black horns from out of his head, and a long thin black tail, depending on the circumstances. He will begin to speak in tongues more and more often.
• PHYSICAL — The skin of Peter's hands and feet will begin to turn black. Black will also begin to spread from around his eyes, as well as at the tips of his ears (which may begin to elongate and sharpen), and his tongue. His teeth may start to sharpen. He may begin to grow long black horns from out of his head, and a long thin black tail, depending on the circumstances. He will begin to speak in tongues more and more often.
CORRUPTION: LATE STAGES
• MENTAL — Peter will fully identify as "Paimon", with no awareness at all of "Peter" or having ever been "Peter." He may retain some vague memory of Paimon's extremely close CR, but he will be generally incapable of any emotions towards them and seem to have little-to-no memory of any specific experiences they may have undergone together. He will be extremely aggressive both with brute force and with the use of his supernatural powers.
• PHYSICAL — All of the previous symptoms will become worse. The black of his skin will spread more and more over his body, though his eyes will become fully white and give an ethereal glow. His fingers will elongate, his nails forming long, sharp claws. His ears will fully elongate into sharper, inhuman points. His mouth will become fully black on the inside, and his eyeteeth will become long fangs. If he hasn't already fully grown horns, this will happen now, as well as a tail. At the latest stage, he will be fully incapable of speaking normally, speaking only in indecipherable ancient tongues, or... roaring, screaming, and wailing.
• PHYSICAL — All of the previous symptoms will become worse. The black of his skin will spread more and more over his body, though his eyes will become fully white and give an ethereal glow.
